Description: Here you will find 242 hectares (580 acres) of coral reefs, extensive white sand beaches with a mild sea and crystalline waters. Bird life is prolific and you may see scarlet macaws, toucans, herons, ibises and other water birds. In the forest you may glimpse white-faced and howler monkeys, iguanas and raccoons. There are more than 125 species of fish that inhabit the hard and soft coral reefs. Services include parking areas, drinking water, camping and picnic areas, latrines, natural trails, exhibition and information center.
